Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Items must be examined upon receipt.

• For underwear (excluding bras): refunds are not available.
• For bras and other items: refunds may be issued if the items are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges policy

• We accept exchanges for unused, undamaged items within 30 days. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel an order, please contact us at info@sirisbynature.com.
• Cancellation requests made after the specified period may not be honored.

Shipping Policy

• We offer shipping via standard, Thailand post and DHL.
• Shipping fees depend on the chosen method and destination.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are:
  • Standard shipping: 30 days
  • Thailand pst: 15-30 days
  • DHL: 14-16 days
• Please note that delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues, may affect delivery times.
• In case of delayed delivery, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues promptly.
